yes. it means a lot. especially when the developers try to sell you a 4 ~ 6 hour long rail shooter at 60$.

Well, the development team of the mod did pretty impressive job here. Of course the graphics and voice acting were amazing, but I focused on the mod's design and relationship with the source material; HL1. As I following through the course of the game, I have to admit I was pretty surprised. While following the basic ways of how the game played in the original game(well, since it's a remake, this maybe pretty obvious), they took some freedom, and rearranged things, changed some puzzles, etc to make it meet today's standard, and they did it right. The mod tells the story better to its players than the game it based on. To me, Black Mesa is a fine Source engine adaptation of good old Half-Life 1.

For some reason, after updating to 2.54, the game crashes randomly.

"Saber and Force removed" -> then how can players fight boss battles? most of battles require them both, as far as I know.

about the AI issue, somehow for me(I bought the game on Steam just like you), just aiming down the sight to an ally character makes others to attack me to death.

Game is pretty complicated to customize a character but overall everything is innovative(though some concepts were kinda rather ODD to me, but that's just me) for an indie game and compare to what it costs, this one is GREAT

I'm playing this on Steam version of Fallout 3 GOTY and runs like magic. I'm not sure about the case when you play this with other mods installed. I installed this one only and it is good enough for me :-)

Getting it to work is basically same with the one for a non-steam version. I read the readme attached to the zip file on this page and installed couple o things from FO nexus.

For some reason, I keep getting the "Art" folder only. 'course I re-downloaded the installer couple of times, and the file's size is same as on the description(around 700mb), plus, installer does not install certain texture file properly because of its name contains a special letter that cannot be read(can't say what it is cause it showed as ??).

hmm...looks interesting. Is this sets on WW2 era, fighting Nazis trying to summon or weaponize the Great Cthulhu and his minions? If so, this is very potential (at least to me) the mod got 2 popular things; WW2, Cthulhu Mythos. Keep up the good work. I never liked Crysis franchise, but might gotta install the game again to play this when the mod is released.
