well, you can't combine entities like that unless the renderer have its properties in the other, or vice versa.
In your case, you can't do so because trinity's codes are not included in cry of fear renderer.
As for me, Cry of Fear and original Afraid of Monsters are great, while Afraid of Monsters: Director's Cut is too over-horrified.
Cry of Fear is psychologically scary and shows the shattered mental state of Simon.
Afraid of Monsters also shows the psychological horror and makes the players feel and know the drug addiction of David.
However, Afraid of Monsters Director's Cut is real over-horrified. Its shows no storyline and just super super plain horror with no feelings.
Isn't this the same with motion blur? It would be better if the blur is not fixed. I mean...the amount of blur will change due to the speed of camera movement.

I made the bumpmaps by Crazybump, the program you said. I know there is a "batch" function. However, Having the same settings for all bumpmaps is not good. Each bumpmap has different settings if they are viewed in crazybump and those settings are configured for best quality while in game. Anyway, thanks for your advice! :)

What you mean is batching all textures with same options. I make bumps for textures one by one, adjusting the options to get best results. That's why
AOM: Nightmare not AOM:DC Nightmare.
Its still work in progress.
Textures - 90%
models - 50%
others - 10%
Both won't work as they got different codes from original Half-life.
Renderer will work, but bugs...like unusable weapons, missing enemies, wrong animations and unstable HUD.
Be sure you got great video card or if you have a fair card like ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500, run trinity in this way:
1. create shortcut of hl.exe located in Half-life folder.
2. in Target field, add this parameter " -gl -32bpp -game trinity"
3. run that shortcut and that should work.
Or if you are using trinity in a mod which have different folder name, change "trinity" to your mod folder in parameter.
The original dev give this trinity to everyone to do as they like, not only me.

You're quite right about memory, maybe its like too much programs using the graphics hardware are installed or run. Or because of some sort of large resolution (1920x1080) or custom resolution was enabled. Just my opinion, it maybe right or wrong.
Hey Minuit, converting Half-life engine to your own modified Half-life engine means converting goldsrc to your own one. Will you add that one as a separated engine from goldsrc on modDB, like Xasd3D
