Consistent excellence when it comes to 3d modeling and texturing for years now. 2.4 update = Mod of the Year, again!

Haven't been able to finish a Co-op mission online with friends without a crash ending the game pre-maturely. Too bad too, cuz the maps are pretty awesome. Hope some fixes come soon.

all the eaw missions crash when trying to play MP with friends. Great maps, terrible crashing.

Game still needs a few things --

1.) Medic Stations *US or otherwise, still have no flags for rally points
2.) Medics themselves are hard to select
3.) Panzer Elite inf + assualt weapons don't hold up very good to Rangers, especially with the SMG upgrade + SMG tech tree + veteran. Check balance there.
4.) Rangers zooks do too much damage to buildings to fast.
5.) You have a conflicting key with the the manual aim and the Hull Down feature for vehicles. Very annoying.
6.) Trenches are way too easy for allies to dig in and advance, axis need better trench axis or lower trench health... something.

Words cannot describe how big of an improvement the game has undergone. Wow! Skeptic turned believer here.

Plenty of people playing too, had trouble getting in at times...wait times for servers were about 10 min

That'd be an .exe file you wouldn't want to download considering time outs, accidents, etc. Much better to be split at such a large game.

If you're not in a hurry, use torrents, they are seeded nicely.

not one mention yet of improved infantry combat...

Ill play Fh2 again when they get around to making the recoil for smgs less ridiculous. It totally imbalances the game.

You have a better chance killing someone up close with a 1 shot rifle than a smg often times, its quite sad. DoD got it right...why can't fh2??

Modders wanting a modern engine will have to look to the UDK & CryEngine, both of which can be used to make a enormous variety of games.

I've tried many mods for Coh...this is the best people!

If you have steam unpack to steamapps/common/company of heroes/

in your library right-click your CoH icon > properties > launch options.

-nomovies -unlock_all_missions -mod Europe_At_War

Downloaded the mod via torrent which was a great way to do it.

Gotta say I'm very impressed with the quality of the units and sound. Well done any Total War fan should download this mod, its on par with professional quality games.

no other mod has been nearly as consistent with the level of quality as forgotten hope 2...but the gameplay is still its biggest pitfall.

This is an awesome campaign, me and 3 other friends had a tough time beating some elements but we enjoyed it tremendously...and I think that this campaign is better than a few of the valve ones.

Some nice art style but not seeing anything new on the shooter front.

This mod team is one of the best art wise I've seen over the years. The attention to detail, historical accuracy and consistency of excellence is quite remarkable time and time again. Outstanding work as always FH Team.

Sadly another mod where the art department totally rocked (for the time, now looks fairly ugly and outdated in many areas), but whoever designed and implemented game play just did a terrible job.
