Well solution to bypass launcher bug is when you launch it and when its loading you must click on settings icon (down on the right) and set normal or open sp and vanilla fl on the left... that is all then you can play, if error window is appearing just click continue :)

Try to do clean instalation of freelancer and copy mod files to freelancer directory without using flmm :) it worked for me fine or run flmm as admin

Your freelancer exe version is not the same as common.dll version... they must me same vaule :) Or try set compatibility to Xp SP3

Clean instalation of freelancer!! delete folder where freelancer was installed delete all!! then install it again and run NSU 1.66 Final exe. After that activate NSU 1.66 with Freelancer Mod manager and play!
