You need an artifact to use it. Just like several of the other spawning "captureable" structures. It is a piece of the infinite engine if memory serves.

Well if you think about it from a "LORE" standpoint it makes perfect sense. The war in Sins is taking place in TEC space. The pirates sure weren't just given their ships they modified by the TEC. Rather they were able to be acquired by other means. For Interregnum it makes sense to have them be the militia/pirates or independents because those are the ships available to buy on the open market. Militia of Advent wouldn't be flying Advent ships because then they would just be the military. Just throwing it out there if it helps you cope with the way they made it. (It does for me.) ;)

I agree. Really makes the game more "lively." A part of me always was like "why am I the only Rebel Alliance leader." or "Shouldn't there be other commands of _____ faction?" So instead of having multiple players being the same team and calling themselves together as a collective the Rebel Alliance. Now each could be their own and have an AI force which feed into the overall military structure. Make "Role-playing" a lot easier for this group of nerds. :)

Originally it was used by the Empire. Much the Nebulon-B Frigate which is almost entirely associated with the Rebel Alliance. Larger ships were hard to come by for the fledgling Alliance and because of their desperate need for warships they used Quasar Fire Bulk Cruisers. (The Commercially available models made by Sorosuub) as carriers. The Imperial version you see in Star Wars Rebels is technically a different classification and is a Quasar Fire-class Escort Carrier. So same vessel more or less the difference being only the origin of it. Sorosuub converted Bulk Cruiser or Imperial Escort Carrier.

I am having some trouble with the Rebel Alliance Scouts. When I research the Nav Beacons they don't gain the ability. Some games they do, others they don't. Do you know why this might be? It is just strange when I research and in some of my games it appears and others it doesn't could I somehow missed a step thus leading to about a 50% chance of gaining the ability or not? Has anyone else had trouble with the scout's ability?

I am not seeing a few Rebel units. I cannot have Military R&D Labs, Home One, or Providence class Destroyers. Those are the ones that jump out at me that I am missing from the Forge. Am I simply blind and missing them? Entirely possible-I haven't played with it too long.

I could use some help. I downloaded it for my laptop and it works great! I like this mod very much. However when I copied files over to the desktop (my younger brother was wanting to play with me.) it dies every time you open a Multi-Player game. Says it has a Sync Error. -Stop- then it closes...can someone help me out. We both have the same FoC update and the files are the same...so what happened here do you think?

In GC the max amount of money I can have at a given time is 1600000 but I need 200000 to build the largest of the Sith-Imperial Warships... >_<
Does that get fixed in the patch?
(Reason for not having the patch just yet is because internet is jumpy and suggests it will take 15 hours to download...)

First of all I like this mod a good amount. However I have run into a problem when playing as the Republic on "Begun the Clone Wars has" -Yoda
I can't build research centers...on any planet I control...As the CIS I don't have such a problem. So I am trying to fight a CIS who is tech level five while I must remain at one? Yeah...anyone know why it is doing it or had a similar problem?

The Venator Cruiser doesn't work properly. It's concussion missile launchers don't fire and the laser cannons have half the cool down time as the ion cannons have. Without their strikecraft (V-wing/Tie Fighter) they are sitting ducks. They simply squish to easily and can't take anything out on their own. No joke the Hutt Gunboat deals more damage then them because of the sheer amount of fire.
It is of my opinion that a Venator should be able to quickly dispatch and IPV...maybe I'm wrong and I should need two or three...also the black sun assassin is a bit OP. The throw charge ability seems to have a broken cool down and that is all they do. This made it possible to kill any unit in 2-3 seconds because of the sheer mass of explosives. Otherwise I love this mod. Not trying to give you a hard time or anything. It is just some balancing issues. I would love to be able to use Venators for more than just fleet carriers and the assassins not "Hero's Bane." Thank you for your time.
