The Rebel Alliance finally joins the Interregnum in our third alpha release. The full installation comes both with Interregnum and the Enhanced 4X Mod required to run it. Checksum with Enhanced 4X 1.75 is 177735502. For Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion version 1.82. Large Address Aware also now comes bundled with the mod, it is HIGHLY recommended you apply it to your game if you have at least 4GB of RAM. If you do not, you will likely need to reduce your graphics settings.

Ahh, I just found a bug. When another faction builds a superweapon, and you become allies with them, they will still fire it at you. I am not sure which faction/superweapon it was, might have been the TEC, but my ally is destroying my colonies! Lol! The only thing i can think of is to turn Superweapons OFF, but still
Oh and I am assuming this wasn't already a bug in the vanilla game...I could be wrong.
It is a bug with the Vanilla game. Assuming you mean the super weapon fired before you became allies. Once you are allies that cannot shoot you anymore, but any super weapons in transit will still do full damage.
No, I mean it started firing at me, one of my colonies got hit by it. THEN I became allies with them, then a little while later, it shot at me again, taking out another colony, then again, then again. When i realized it was the TEC(now having been my Ally for quite some time) doing that I saved and quit.
Well, I didn't change the Novalith cannon any. If you like you can send me a save so I can look at it.

If your Ally can't see your planets,And you claimed an enemy planet,The AI will think it's an enemy planet and will keep shooting you,The only way to solve this is Via Exploring or Diplomacy.
Maybe, but they've had Diplomat ships(or by this point, Embassies) in my space for ages now. But yeah I suspect that is probably how it started.

Brilliant! Just played two quick matches on small maps, on as Empire vs Rebels the other as Rebels vs Empire, and I have to say the rebels are very well done and properly balanced as a faction. Crushing them and restoring order will be truely satisfying. Also, well done on the minor changes made to the Empire and the beautiful Star Destroyer retextures/remodels!

I actually had this same problem with the latest version of another mod that uses E4X, though is uses E4X 1.7.4, or something like that, and this uses 1.7.5. As of yet, I have not found a way to fix it yet, though I was glad it didnt happen to me with this!

Yeah, its the Sins of the Fallen mod. Its a mod that adds some original(i think) factions, and the Fall of Kobol expansion to it adds Battlestar Galactica factions. Its fun, even if you never watched BSG!(Like me! :P)
Oh, well I've let Zombie borrow some of my stuff from E4X for Sins of the Fallen, but I don't think it needs E4X to run like Interregnum does.
The Sins of the Fallen factions are unique and yes I did borrow some abilities (with permission) for the Hypercorp titans. Please don't activate E4X with SotF though as they aren't compatible with each other.
Huh, i must've been thinking about something else then. I just know i had E4X in my mods folder before i downloaded SWI, and I thought it came with SotF, apparently not! :P

What version of Sins do you have? Did you get it off Steam or do you have one of the Kalypso physical versions?
Will the E4X minimods still work correctly with this version?
They should; however, if I remember correctly the minimods are going to be updated as well soon.
A few of them might work, but I wouldn't assume that they work. This version changed a lot, and using old minimods could cause issues.
I always update the minimods a few days later, since there's no reason to hold up the main release for those that don't use them. :p

Assault Frigate MkII don't fire at all, too.
The Assault Frigate Mrk-II is the Rebel Antistructure cruiser. It can only be used against space stations and Starbases, like the Imperial Broadside Cruiser.
The Assault Frigate Mrk-I is your heavy cruiser that you probably wanted. :p

It should be your scout frigate, the Corellian Scout's, 5th ability, just like on the Tartan.

I was playing as the Rebels against the Empire. I kept losing contact with colonies... At first I thought it was an enemy siege frigate, but then I noticed I had lost contact with a second one, and then some minutes later, a third, one of my most heavily fortified planets. Is this a bug, or am I overlooking something?
How far in the game is this? Did you planets have low allegiance? Did any enemy ships spawn afterwards?
The save is marked about 1:44, it happened slightly before this.
The allegiance on this specific planet is 125%.
No enemy ships spawned after on any of the planets.
I can upload the save files of this game if you'd like. I actually have 4 separate saves of this particular game (I rotate saves just in case), the times are 1:22, 1:26, 1:31 and 1:44. Let me know if you'd like to take a look at one or all of them.
If you can load from an earlier save and the problem will occur consistently, by all means put the save up.
Oh, and do tell me what planet it is. :p
Were you fighting a Warlords faction? It could be Isards Krytos virus ability.
