No, the mod isn't dead yet, they are making levels for the mod and having hard and long time making the levels, so it might take a while to release the mod, the workers/creators of the mod WOULD NOT make a alpha or beta, they want to release the full modification...

got a mod, blade :), but its EOS mod but changed skins, doesnt have the new levels like this, i dont remember the website is but ill try to make a youtube video for it ;)

maybe google it for a little time ;) , anyways mine doesnt show that error, make sure pixel shader skins is unchecked, you can find these when you start max payne 2 and where you pick mods, click options, then look for pixel shader skins and uncheck it ;),

when u put the file into the max payne 2 folder, make sure that u really extracted it to the max payne 2 folder, and should be at the game launcher where u pick custom mods/mods

NYK007 : to kill vlad you will see orange sticks hanging over you you will shoot three of them. then vlad will fall.then shoot again the orange sticks over vlad when you finished shooting the orange sticks.vlad can now shoot you or throw molotovs.but he will show up.now you can killl him....
