Is there a way to play as the Dothraki ?

Every time the game is loading when it says loading graphics it crashes and I've tried reinstalling and verifying it but it keeps crashing.

Could you reduce the upgrade and upkeep cost of the troops because it get hell expensive

I don't know if this is a bug or not but everytime I take a town or castle my chancellor or the dude who is in charge of sending emissaries or granting vassals fiefs doesn't appear. Even if I start a new game and take a castle it doesn't give me option of appointing someone at all so there is no one at my court. Another problem is that when it does work I can't set up troop patrols or recruit new soldiers.

Will the title screen for when you load the game still say 9.5 or 9.6

Hey man I was just wondering were the kingdom treasury is located and when I try to appoint nobles or council members to join it says not enough funds but the strange part is I've put money in the treasury but just wondering if theirs 2 treasuries?
