Need modelers/texturers/animators! Anyway, budding game dev.
Signed. You may also want to reply telling them you took inspiration from the books, not the movies. That would clear a great deal of legal troubles if it worked, and it's worth a shot.
Well, LotRO is decent, but it's free. Any of the other games I've played are terrible, and are likely to continue to be terrible.
That is incredibly awesome. Will this have rotating barrels? Missiles? PD?
Those must have been some spicy burritos...
The combat from skyrim is much better. I like conjuration/illusion a lot more in oblivion. The quests were better (with the exception of the oblivion gates) in oblivion. The skill trees from skyrim are great, though, it's nice to have perks. They're good in their own ways, but in the end, cyrodiil wins for me.
to make whatever eject systems that thing might have point straight at the ground
Classy as ****.
Will there be lightning?
This is excellent. And though it might be the angle, but it seems like the rocket pods are aiming right at the spikes.
"please! we just need someone who won't be beaten by a two year old child in close combat! someone, anyone!"
Looking forward to it.
Too bad that with the guard's training, he's probably asking someone how to turn the thing on.
That looks amazing. Only thing I'd change is the lack of texture (or rather the plain black texture) on the base. The units from FA and 1 had armor that was super smooth, but the spots visible under the armor looked like really complex glowing circuit boards.
Because wearing your concrete barrier makes you more manly, not more of a pussy.
it is now, i guess...
assuming this is dead
tracking, please don't die.
is this dead then?
Reminds me of a Covenant banshee. But with tons more dakka.
Looks a bit old for war.
it's times like this that i remember that i really should upgrade my graphics card...
The only idea I have is to make the rockets independent of the main ball. But even that is a stretch...
Man, as if there wasn't enough order already... lucky for us, BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!
I like it! But please, please, PLEASE stop with this Origin ********. Also, develop for PC then scale down to console, not the other way around. It seems like the best way to make all the platforms push their hardware as much as possible.
^implying that stereotypes are equally fun as the truth, or less valid on the internet
Looks quite like Halo, if it collided in a huge fiery explosion of awesome with WH40k. I love this.
Keep the gantry. Warp pillars should be expensive as hell, but also allow access to all experimentals (unlike gantries, which would offer lower level ones). Effects for pillars should include slowly warping the object out of the ground over time, not immediately. Let people have base defenses other than stockpile gantries and resources to TP in the best units at the last minute.
I like this. But aren't all these thing supposed to be robotic? The super prominent command bridge seems a bit out of place, but still looks good.
Otherwise, fantastic model, and I love what you did with the cannons.
Well, considering the scale of the Imperium, 2.6 million people isn't that big a deal...
you're ignoring Chaos titans. And the xenos equivalent of titans. And greater warp demons.
Not communism, just dictatorship.
Looks fantastic. The only thing I could think of is adding more armor to the corners and sides, and even that seems unnecessary, and probably not helpful at all.
Sounds and looks good. Tracking. What's the song at the end?
Wow, that seems really inefficient, especially for a race designed to kill everything efficiently as possible.
Ah, ok. Looks a bit awkward, but it will be pretty hard to tip over.
Incredible detail and good overall design. The feet do seem a bit big compared to the head, though. Scale the head up?
They kind of walked right into that one when they took away any sort of large scale strategy.
It does, but it ups the clarity from the vanilla models, at least. If the lighting is fixed, it'll look very realistic.
Actually, that's the smurf's pet. It likes to cuddle a lot, and the astartes are using their bolters to look for the light switch.
I would not want to be on the receiving end of that. Nice work.
Humans, but they have a lot of cybernetics, rejuve treatments, armor, weapons, money, and some are psykers.
Looks nice. Does it hover or use treads?
... God damn that looks nice.
Not quite the right faction...
:D That looks amazing.
so it's essentially based on a flash game, but with better graphics and a bit different gameplay?
I've seen enough hentai...
Can it be installed by newcomers, or does it need other files if making a full install?
He would if he were ANGRY ENOUGH!
The NGP will be a handheld with the approximate processing power of the PS3, while I believe Sony will hold off on the PS4's development until 8-9 core processors appear, as well as a large jump in graphics card technology. Anything else would likely become outdated too quickly.
And general death-dealing.
this is supposed to replicate the units from Forged Alliance. A navy was present in all 4 factions, even the ones with hover tanks (3 of them, all but Cybran).
How large will this be compared to the player?
You think it'll have grass after a nuclear cataclysm?
Well, it was in the end of the campaign when you captured it, wouldn't have done much after...
any chance of different animations? those just seem so unnatural...
Does it work?
