Try and hit Alt + F to remove fog... guess the items you are placing are just invisible due to that?

Thanks for the replies. Naval battles in VC work pretty decent with the last few patches - honestly believe it might be worth for you to have a look at it!

These are valid points! Didn't think about that. Though is it not possible to reduce the diameter of shields to a minimum?

First of all: this is a great mod. The unit-models and especially the textures are absolutely mind-blowing. So keep up the great work! I'm very much looking forward to see what you are going to add in future releases!

Are there any plans of adding the naval warfare feature from viking conquest to this mod? I guess it would greatly fit the time period of the whole setting?

Also I was wondering if it was possible to turn all the great factional standarts into "shields"/ put them into the bearer's left hand - this way the bearers could still hold a sword in their right hand and wouldn't be as defenceless as they are at the moment?
