This includes: characters, locations, weapons etc. from The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Silmarillion and other works by Tolkien and media made for his universe.

Really love that flag. So you will do the armoured version of Boromir or the traveller style? (like how he was dressed when he was with the fellowship)
Not sure about any bonuses the horn may have, although I think we could add it to some sort of charge animation. Youtu.be Like you see here, the character would blow their horn whenever they order a charge. Of course this can apply to other characters besides Boromir :)
We will make both versions of Boromir. The plate armour for when he is a general in Gondor and the traveller version for when he is in the Fellowship. We may make his casual gear based off of the travelling armour as well :)

The horn should be able to call Gondorian allies when in Gondor and should provide a huge morale boost to Gondor and Rohan troops, and should be able to rally fleeing soldiers!

In game, if we get to interact with the fellowship, is it possible to intervene during the fellowship's Amon Hen event (on behalf of either-side)? What I would give to fight side-by-side with Boromir. I don't even care if I die horribly.

No, we would have no use for them, nor is ripping models allowed.
