What is so inaccurate about Verdun that makes it comparable to the piece of trash called BF1?

The bunker and tank issue has already been addressed, and then play to increase the unit size of these to fix the issue.

What's wrong with the game moving on after the win condition? You won, now you can stop playing or keep going if you please. It's not like there's going to be a cinematic

The trenches are like that in base Napoleon as well, as they're also called trenches. There really is no way to make infantry deploy proper trenches, so they can only be map-made

The salaries aren't there because I believe they're meant to represent that the faction is paying for your troops, not you.

This is just normal Napoleon: Total War and Empire too. Not sure if there is a fix (there hasn't been one I've seen and I've looked before), but putting up the battle difficulty makes the battles harder so there's that

The mod's going to get an update, right? I don't mean to sound impatient, though it's just been a bit since an update has come out and this is one of my favorite Men of War mods. I hope it doesn't get abandoned for awhile...

Is there a way to make the date advance more than a day per turn? I wanna make it advance by a month each battle, so more tanks can appear throughout the campaign, but not all at once.

Reinstall the game by deleting the entire folder in steam and then reinstall the mod. It's a lot to do but it's the only solution that seems to work. Before you do that though, make sure if you have the Warpath DLC. If you don't then under the launcher there should be an option to change it from the Warpath map to the normal one.

Try selecting the normal campaign map in the launcher. If that doesn't work, then like many mods in Empire, the only way you can fix it is by reinstalling the entire game and the mod. It's time consuming but it's the only other way.

Warpath is not required, but you have to change out of Warpath in the launcher.

Of course a Kraut mercenary would fight for the Union. You only fight for money, not a real cause.
