I believe that the Unreal Tournament games do lack in plotline. But why is that such a bad thing? Example. People didn't care if Battlefield had a plotline. They only cared about the multiplayer. BF3 is the same way. CoD is actually mixed. Most are paying attention more to the multiplayer. I do not see that Unreal Tournament had to do any with the plot. Sure the plot was "meh". But Unreal the original games prior to Tournament are your plot games. Those are the games or Single Player. I do believe this game is attacked pretty harshly. I think the AI is excellent and probably the best scripted AI I have seen in history. They are not stupid and are quick and work great. The games have a lasting appeal because of the Unreal modding kits given to the public. That is WHY it does very well. Games with modding kits given, grant power to make things out of imaginations and ideas by the community. Games recently like this, which lacked it, were given lower rates because of that. And that makes sense. It brings more replayability to games. I like this game. Its one of the greatest series in history, Let alone, they did not fail in all games. Its one of those rare scenarios where all the games were ideally very good.

Ok. Due to many people not giving a fair given review of it is sad. Its not the "shittest" or "crappiest" game ever existing. There are lots more worse than this.
Don't compare this to BF3 because they are two entire different games. If they were close, then wouldn't it be pointless to have one or the other? First off, the campaign is what a CoD campaign. Very intense and worth a play. Second. The co-op and survival mode gives a lot of replay and you can play offline with a good friend. There is nothing wrong with the multiplayer its just there is nothing new or different. I've played CoD 1 and ever since it was the same gameplay. However BF has had the same gameplay too. Classes, etc. The flamers of these reviews are pathetic. Not because of their opinion, but because of their opinions are nothing but "i hate this game period." No reasoning at all. The guns are unbalance but that is sometimes a good thing. Its like real life. I thought people wanted more of a "realistic" type of game. Pistols will do less than their rifle counterpart. But in the end its possibly fatal. I think this game is decent. It runs. It plays like a typical CoD game. However it does lack in new changes or additions. They replace the zombies with survival. its cool. Makes me want to play it again. However, even though I'm not a competitive person and don't play multiplayer anyhow, I do tend to believe that the maps were small, and not much leg room. Now THIS is a review. Not this "BF3 is better" crap. I played BF 1942 and BF 2 more and I think as a BF fan, that BF3 has a crappy campaign and there are not bots. So it sucks. You like that now? Probably not.

I download a lot of Amnesia Custom Stories and found this one. Didn't bother reading it and went blind. First off, its a Christmas tale, so please do expect it to be related heavily. Second, very short but that does not mean horrible or bad. Its actually very touching in the whole-side. Very good job man. You really got my off guard and I did not expect what I had expected. You used a lot of customization like doors etc. Very nice voice acting too. After completing, I sat back and pondered the moment I had just completed. I was very touched. This is probably the most heart-warmth-ending of an Amnesia Custom Story I have foreseen.

Spoilers:
The story is basically about a giving gifts and being an overall good person. The unfortunate happens and you desire to help whoever had such an event. It gives a holiday feel to it with some very sad moments going through the notes. The atmosphere in the whole part made you still unsure. When I played it, I was unsure if it was a jumpscare coming. Or a monster at all. I was really off-guarded. There was absolutely none. So do not expect monsters. Its basically really just a story-driven mod. Don't expect epic moments of going past monsters, etc. Just expect a really nice calm Amnesia Custom Story about Christmas. Its a nice break too.

Overall:
I give this a 10/10. I know no custom story is perfect but its about the story and the ending what hit to me. Its not about JUST Christmas, its about giving and caring about others too. Again, nice job. Please I like to see more short stories from you. Or if you want to go further, more longer custom stories. I can see you do a great job on the mood, setting, environment, acting, and story (definitely). I do not get why people gave you less than 8/10. I think you deserve the full 10/10.

The game has its flaws. I know. Its been attacking for having "odd" grenades. But despite it, it had an excellent almost perfect customization structure built up that no FPS or custom-maker in games have created. The guns sounds are a bit less "realistic" but its about gameplay to know if its good. Gameplay is actually pretty good. Its has a good AI set so offline gameplay can be enjoyable as well as online. The game had its downfall right at the beginning. But after several patches, I think its a given an okay game. Its better than a lot of other failed FPS had to offer. Don't put down a game for possibly minor details. The one thing I think they should justify in the game is more maps. It needs more maps. And possibly a mod tool (which will likely never occur even past its released date for years). With the community, we could have built more onto this game adding more customization including maps.

Much has improved in the CoD series. People complain the series needs to be like MW2. Why? Wasn't MW2 pretty much the same as MW1 except for better graphics? I think you people need to give more credit to Black Ops 2. They did a lot of risky moves. Such as multiple ending campaigns. Now we have a good reason to go back and replay the campaign. Multiplayer is stayed the same but AI has greatly improved that they actually go and do objectives. Now modern shooter games cannot have a poor excuse of technology not being there for the AI, it can and will be now. I think many fans are too critical in games nowadays. Oh look, BF3 is awesome and CoD sucks. How about this, BF3 has issues too. OMG! I never knew that! Hint hint! Server issues still apply on BF3 and the only best BF game I have played (and many fans agree) is BF2 and BF 1942. Bam! Eat that BF fans! Eat it!

Now back to Black Ops II. Great game. Zombies is a lot more interesting and can allow casual players/beginners and pros to change difficulty and extra settings for it. Graphics have really improved by a lot. MW3 has been actually criticized to the not improved graphics. I think BOII has done a good job. Do not attack a game for its graphics though. A good game actually doesn't even need a lot of "cool effects". I still play DOS games still and DOOM 1 is still fun with its low-res. So do not attack a game for its graphics but look into the gameplay mechanics. Is it stable? Is it attractive? Does the control appeal? That is the main key. I do however wonder why they aren't or didn't leave out a MOD editor? That's how you get popular on sales. Not just cause its a famous series but the mod editor allows US, gamers, to expand ourselves and the game. Giving unique ideas and giving gamers experiences on the work force which might lead them to a higher career into game career. :)

This games is fun. Its not particularly different from other Call of Duty games. Same multiplayer. Does not fail or entertain though. Campaign is interesting. Has an interesting plot. But it definitely is an ok game which I do not understand why the hate on this. If they hate this game, I hated MW2. Happy? Black Ops 1 is a great welcome after playing Black Ops II

This custom story was very good.

Good things:
-Quality and quantity of level design
-Unique and original ideas on environment
-Good scares

Bad things:
-The voice acting as "meh". The main voice actor tried to "force" the acting out a bit too much causing the voice to be almost like a mummer or mutter and it was difficult to hear. When you have voice acting make sure everyone can hear you. Do not force the acting, like it through you generically.
-It was somewhat difficult when you had no idea what to do or where to go. No mementos to assist.

Overall:
Good custom story with pretty minor issues.
Definitely giving this an 8/10 for sure.
