Is it possible to build level 4 and 5 shipyards on the Outer Rim Sieges map? I can't seem to figure out how to build them.

I did notice a few issues and just wanted to share in case no one else had. A few times in battles, the enemies ships are bright green. Not often, but here and there. Also when I built some more bombers as the Empire, their unit card and description says they are a transport of some sort but they are bombers. THis is only with new bombers built. The old bombers are right.

One more question if you don't mind, what does difficulty effect? Just AI? Or does it effect stats and dmg etc, in battles?

Any tips on a good easy starting faction? I am new to the game altogether but couldn't help myself and had to try this mod. I get owned every game haha but it's good fun.

Is this mod fun on easy? May be better for me to learn on.

Wow! Great looking mod! Quick question. What is the Grand Offensive mode all about? Is it just like VP victory but with no unit limits?
