Also that was a comparison, at least one kind of Mon Calamari rockets aren't all that different from each other because in Return of the Jedi they composited the same model (the wing-less one that isn't the headquarters one) up to 5 or 6 times in one shot!

As for the destroyer, the way its portrayed in the movies is pretty close to real life destroyers, so it would be awesome and work great if the stats were based around that. Not in this mod of course, cause that's not the creator's intent! I'm not trying to tell Corey to change what he feels is right, just to say more realistic stats for one of my fave spaceships!

I knew about the limitations of being a demo, and I did meant just a couple of GCs (out of the rest) that had only the 2 basic factions

I disagree about the movies not representing what spaceships are capable of, since they are naturally verisimilitudinous with the time period they come from - the battles in Star Wars are, to the audience, like battles in the Vietnam war, the most recent publicized fighting still big in the public's mind that informed how the spaceships and planes behaved. And the rebels weren't hopelessly outnumbered at Endor, they had one mothership plus ~10 cruisers, and countless frigates vs. one mothership plus ~25 destroyers

But back to the original example, Star Destroyers outran the Falcon pretty consistently, so having them so much slower feels really wrong -.-

The movies are the only indicator of ship capabilities! Or the most important anyway lol. Plus Home One is much bigger than 1200 meters, and had at least 10 cruisers in its battle group, althou the planes are the most important asset, like in real life :3

Sure there are reasons for the confusing factions, but is that more important than making it easy to understand for someone not familiar with all the hundreds of books nessecary to make sense of the political situation?

Well the wiki also says that all three Mon Calamari spaceships were the "MC80 class" even thou the Home One was like 3 times the size. Why even have a "class" if they can differ that much?

The proportions and details (beyond the addition of laser turrets of course lol) don't look quite right, you should photomatch to the actual spaceship models!
