Que version de Doom BFG tienes? Si es de GOG, trata de eliminar todos los idiomas menos el que quieras usar, asi me funciono la ultima vez que intente usarlo con mods.
Tambien hay un mod que mejora los graficos del engine mismo usando otras apis que esta aqui "https://www.moddb.com/mods/rbdoom-3-bfg" Pruebalo que tiene parche de compatibilidad justamente para este mod.

Great mod dude! Maybe add option for gibbing to the chainsaw... it could be just standard gib, with no chunks. Please add it as a toggle.
BTW using the remake gore edition.

Maybe he can team up with the dude that made the update to og hl2? the one that is currently doing the updates-remakes for all the series? Or at least an addon?

Hey, what are the system requirements to run this mod? I have 8 gb ddr3, haswell i5, and nvidia 1070.
Will this rig work well with this mod? Or do I need an RTX capable GPU?

Maybe in low quality presets, that gpu is real weak, this mod is very graphical demanding.
If you swap that 750 with something like an 1060 it will run ok.
Ive got almost the same setup except core i5 and 1070, runs reasonably fine on high preset.

IF YOU HAVE A LAPTOP IT WILL NOT RUN WELL ON THAT GPU
Also make sure you install in ssd, thats all.

There are still issues on Episode 1 Exit 17, Now the combine actually shoots the bridge, and the metrocops appear with manhacks when you are trying to reach the escort, but after that, still can't rescue the 4th group when Barney helps you out, the armored car doesn't appear an you're stuck with perpetually escorting the citizens. HL2 Update works like a charm tough, no problems there. Just letting you know.

Hey I fixed it by disabling post process effect and hdr off, but on the second expansion whenever I activate the heart the edges of the screen turn white and some textures too, will try without phrozo particles, maybe they are not compatible with bfg edition, the version im using from prozo is 1.3. thanks for the help.

When turning HDR off the hit effects on player turn white, I'm forced to use HDR even when I don't like the effect on Hell levels. Please fix it. Other than that excelent mod I'm using phrozo particles effect 1.3 decompressed with the .pk4 tool and other than deleting some files from the def folder for perfect compatibility I have no other problems.

issue with version 1.1.12 hotfix 2. When disabling HDR every time you get hit gets a white screen. I don't want to use the HDR at least in the hell levels as the lights are too bright and look worse off.

Try restarting the pc it fixed the animations on alyx not playing for me, exiting the game is not enough.

I think that it is before that the scripts broke, like when the elite combine that is in the stairs instead of launching an energy orb at the suspended train (thus creating a bridge across the top of the place) launches a grenade at their feet.

The armored car never spawns too, you could rescue infinite civilians and never make to the end of that chapter.

It is possible to make weapons hitscan again? I have troubles aiming at moving targets, it's there a toggle for that?

Edit: also it is very hard to steer rockets in the first few chapters that you adquire the rocket launcher, to kill the gunships the missile trails merge with the sky and is very hard to see where the rockets are going, I just by pure luck managed to pass those sections, maybe make the trails black?

Hey Gunship! Brilliant mod mate, can't imagine playing vanilla ever again.
There is a bug on episode 1 in the final chapter, the white combine trooper that is suppossed to launch an energy ball at the suspended train doesn't trigger, instead throwing a grenade at its feet. and the train remains in that state.
At first I didn't mind but now after rescuing more than 5 citizen groups the armored car doesn't appear and can't progress further...
I believed that you were to fix it by disabling the white combine soldier from trowing grenades and only using energy balls in the ai script. Just a reminder.
BTW finished Update without any glitch that couldn't be resolved by restarting the pc c:

Hi Love Your mod, tried it a long time ago and now is even more awesome!
The only tiny niggle I have is with the mp5sd and the secondary shotgun, the one without buttstock, the way it is in first person, your characters grips them in a very unnatural way, like the grip is too thin, and the fingers go arround and touch the barrel on top, even partially obscuring the iron sights.

It's really very minor, but screws with my ocd something fierce :)
Will those weapons holding be improved? It's the only thing that I can see as a negative, if i may make a suggestion, make the handles thicker or add a flashlight holder on them, so if it is a stock animation it makes it hold closer to the vanilla weapons, as I saw the regular mp5 was edited and doesn't present the same problem. Sorry for long post hope you consider my sugestions because I think those problems are the only thing that stops it from being a PERFECT mod.

It goes in "gamedata/config/weapons" replace it, but I still recommend to manually edit the pistol caliber to maybe 20 and the rifle ones to 30.

Turns out that it was weapons_ammo.itx was the problem, most pistol ammo was set to 10 and rifle ammo was only 5, so I went and changed it to default Stcop values, the only downside is that ammo is considerably cheaper.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I'm way beyond my deep with modifying those files as there are variables that no longer apply to 1.5 and \ or this mod, so I'll wait for the oficial CWP or this mod take on Stcop once the game releases 1.5 full. Thanks anyway!

Hey nice mod, I could not wait for the official addon so tried this one, the only mayor issue I have is that the vendors sell ammo in stacks of 5 - 10 bullets instead of 30 - 60 like in vanilla, wich makes it very hard to stock on your prefered ammo type. Where are these values controlled and and how can I modify them, I'm a noob in editing values in stalker games, and always relied on pre done modifications. A little help will be apreciated :)
