NO SUPPORT for this adaptor - An adaptor for "STCoP 2.8.0.7 for CoC 1.4.22" so you can use STCoP in CoC 1.5 - READ THE TEXT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE.

Never ask me questions like "how to install" or "I have a problem" thingy. Do it on your own.
Why?
Reason 1. I don't want to waste my time on problems that is "quite easy to solve, easy so that I don't need to help."
Reason 2. This adaptor is not mandatory, not required for any other addons - TRoR is not included yet.
Reason 3. This adaptor is just an improvised adaptor, nothing more than that. It's just a makeshift, improvised, short-timed-use adaptor that'll quite soon expire (when the official so-called CWP comes out) and there'll be more to explore later.
Reason 4. My intentional aim was to understand what has changed since 1.4.22 - so that making something was enough. I was not going to publish this item, but I thought it'd be good for few guys (who literally can't wait)
More to say, but I don't have time for that - I need to eat some curry as I write this description (It's 9:30 a.m. here, all after my hours of Survarium time)
p.s. I couldn't get my curry, but that's not a problem.
p.s.(2) there is PU scope but it's not functional - lack of .ogf makes the game crash, and I've patched it. For those who's downloaded earlier than 14th-Aug-2017, re-download and install only "configs" then re-start the whole game.

Good question, I mean, there's something I left there...
There's no changelog, since all this adaptor plays is...
1. Adapt "STCoP 2.8.0.7/5.0 for CoC 1.4.22" for "CoC 1.5.00 beta r4"
2. Restore Colt Kimber, .50 Action Express (as I do for TRoR)
3. Re-assign every faction to have weapons with their origin (like, Duty gets AKs mainly, not M4-variants)
and there will be no updates for this adaptor - unless I find a huge problem - but I won't find any.
Only reason I ask is because I wanted to know if you merged the data between 1.4 and 1.5, as my understanding is that you need to populate items.ltx with the new weps yea? But doesn't that mean you'd need to enter the data yourself to avoid de-listing the items included in 1.5? Edit: as opposed to pasting over the ltx with the file for 1.4
Not that I'm criticizing you, I just haven't had time to sit down and look at the details yet.
Simply
1. extract what's usable in 1.5 from "STCoP 2.8.0.7 for 1.4.22" and
2. replace all what's NOT usable in 1.5 (by "deleting" as in the screenshot)

Answer: no need for that, items.ltx is even not touched at all.

Answer: since items.ltx is not touched, all what's expected is "there are additional weapons, scopes, and so on" and that's that.
Also, there is something to note - since "original" CoC (or CoP) has "SUSAT" or "PSO-1" scopes with variants for each, and they should be removed for proper settings - it's up to players.

I got this working with 1.5 b.r4 but what is with the attitude.. you are being god awful for some random reason. Now I kinda understand why this has a low rating.
Reason already written - if you have made any of addons, or watched any of, you should've seen things like "how to install?" EVEN WHEN there's heartwarming instructions with it, and - from here this is my opinion but - addons are not an official gaming, thus, "why don't you do it yourself?" is always my question. IMO mods/addons are something unofficial (from the original game) so should NOT be done by rookies (not about the gaming proficiency)
Concluding everything above, I'm tired of "questions that are always solved when they take a read on instructions" and that's all.
Anyway, good to see yours working.

Greetings Pro-Stalkers. Today's a bad day! Hell there were even few good days though...
1. Updated - lack of PU scope modeldata (because of STCoP's package) makes the game crash, so patched up to de-activate PU scope.
2. Still I feel some need for TRoR - I'm not going to bring the impossibility in beta version, but once the CWP goes there'll be.

its not working for me
what i did :
1) instal coc 1.5 then patch coc 1.5 with r4 patch
2) launch game do my settings
3) luanch game start a new game it works save game exit coc
5) re check game is is working 100% ok it works exit coc 1.5
5) down load stcop weapons ( i didnt down load the stcop patch )
5) i extracted stcop to coc 1.5 instal directory in to ( game data )
6) deleted this in side my coc 1.5 game data folder as follows
i deleted gameplay,misc,plugins from coc 1.5 instal directory inside of the game data after instaling stcop pack .
7)down loaded adapter
8) extracted adpter contents inside of the coc 1.5 instal directory insde of the game data folder it asked me to ( replace files ) i clicked yes and i launch the game and i get a stack trace crash ...... tried it 10 times

With 1.4.22, StCop had the ability to add and remove scopes on weapons. I'm not able to do so with 1.5r4 and this adaptor. Otherwise it's working for me. Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure your slot 1 (the one that normally holds a knife) is not empty. It appears that the default behavior is that it attempts to move the weapon into that slot. I found if I have a knife or pistol in that slot the error does not occur for me.
Some observations: It does work, and you get the nice StCoP weapon selections. For me, adding and removing scopes is not possible on weapons. Some ammo weights are also messed up: 100 rounds 5.45x39 is 13kg, 50 rounds 9x39 is 14.7 kg, etc. Will be nice when StCop is actually built out to work with 1.5 though. It was fun trying out. I started out without a knife or binoculars, and have not yet found them for sale or on a corpse. The combat is much deadlier than base 1.5r4, and that is very nice.
Same to me. I played CoC 1.4.22 both with AO and StCoP and ammo wasn't so heavy.
Working well on coc 1.5 but scopes can't be attached to weapons. . .
Hey nice mod, I could not wait for the official addon so tried this one, the only mayor issue I have is that the vendors sell ammo in stacks of 5 - 10 bullets instead of 30 - 60 like in vanilla, wich makes it very hard to stock on your prefered ammo type. Where are these values controlled and and how can I modify them, I'm a noob in editing values in stalker games, and always relied on pre done modifications. A little help will be apreciated :)
You can mod the trader files. They are located in gamedata/configs/misc/trade. Each vendor has their own .ltx file. You can find more info on how to do it here: Sdk.stalker-game.com
Thanks for the help, unfortunately I'm way beyond my deep with modifying those files as there are variables that no longer apply to 1.5 and \ or this mod, so I'll wait for the oficial CWP or this mod take on Stcop once the game releases 1.5 full. Thanks anyway!
Edit: found out is actualy simple so will try out thanks again :)
Turns out that it was weapons_ammo.itx was the problem, most pistol ammo was set to 10 and rifle ammo was only 5, so I went and changed it to default Stcop values, the only downside is that ammo is considerably cheaper.
Good find. Yes, StCoP has great weapons, but totally breaks the economy and progression. In 1.4.22, I usually have top-end guns and an exo within one hour of play.

It goes in "gamedata/config/weapons" replace it, but I still recommend to manually edit the pistol caliber to maybe 20 and the rifle ones to 30.

That's why this item is not compatible patch - it's not "fully compatible as STCoP for 1.4.22 was"
Looted weapons with scopes are not removable, that's one of many reasons - deal with it on your own. This is something away from STCoP adaptor.
Also ammunition has bad weight (but I am sure you can fix it on your own, since I did not use special applications on this creativity - only Notepad.exe) but for those who don't waste time here's my recipe; Dropbox.com
Also, if your PC does not meet required capacity of RAM - it crashes very quickly. I don'T know how much RAM you'd need but, say, 8GB should be enough, 12GB is my rig.
Again, if you want "perfectly-working" compatibility, wait for CWP to appear. Team EPIC makes epic work, I just improvised meantime.
