i downloaded and installed 9.25 but i dont spawn in a X-Wing when i start a new game and i havent seen any ships for the mod plz help

i cant activate the mod how do i activate it, i installed it and looked in both my Programs/SEGA/Medieval II Total War and my steamapps/common/medieval2totalwar/mods folder and the .exe isnt there plz help

My capital ship textures arent showing it just shows a bold colors like blue or red, other than that great mod
