I hope you guys make the fighting system more historical. As in: teams take turns attacking the enemy trench. This will allow for mobs of infantry to attack at the same time rather than the small groups you would get if it was regular respawning. One team would not be allowed out of their trench, and thus must defend. The other team has their whole team waiting, and on the whistle they can all run out and attack. If the trench isn't taken, then the attacking team respawns in their trench, and the other team gets to attack. If the trench is taken, then the front shifts. This (or something similar) is how I always wanted to see it be done. And considering that you are aiming for realism, I thought I might share my ideas.
An idea for reloading: open barrels and let the shells jump out, then transfer both shotguns to one hand (the grip seems small enough to pull it off) and have the empty hand load all 4 barrels.

Looks great. The models I see so far are giving me a good first impression, and I support games that like to incorporate realism. The ideas all sound very good.

I think you should remove the Juggernaut mode. Instead put in something like "Sniper Hunt", where 1 man gets a sniper and a better suited camouflage suit. The idea of increased health does not appeal to me.

sorry for double post but I think it would be great to add the sitting position into the game. I know from experience that the sitting position is better than the crouched (although much less maneuverable).
edit: also, by "private beta" you are talking about getting beta testers for closed testing right?
Good to hear that it's almost done, would be nice to see some more media (animations, in game footage, even weapon sounds) if it is really that far in the development process.

edit: Since it is a sniper mod, will there be a low limit of players per server? would be weird to have 24 snipers on one map.
I realize that many things are WIP, I just hope that it is noted that I think that ragdoll physics on zombie death should be toned down. Not to say you haven't planned on doing that in the first place, just making my thoughts heard.

Here's another example of releasing content too early. Wait until it looks good to release it. Flankly, compared to other WIP faces this is pretty bad looking. This face looks like it is in super early stages of development. Even WIP faces need to be at a much more advanced stage than this. Just some constructive criticism.
Its not the best render, looks kinda blurry, hard to tell you what to improve on without a render that is easier to see, also, make it closer to the screen, so more details are visible.
please dont use crowbar animations. If you really want to make the game feel diverse and non repetitive, you will use custom animations, and different animations for each weapon. I am not implying you will, just hoping you wont.
So, your saying its gonna be like a DoDs with more weapons and player models? idk but it seems kinda unoriginal. The best mods have something new to bring to the table. It could be a terrible mod if you dont even add anything other than maps, and models, but it could be great if you add some new feature no one has tried to do yet.
I prefer games with a bit more realism but good luck anyways.

I thought the sks was fed by a clip similar to a k98, or maybe this is a version of the sks that used banana mags?

you were right does look good in game.
