This is just a alpha version...demo version, just first 9 maps from this mod...I know its too small, but you can wait for the next version, "Part 1" from the volcano, I'll relase this mod on Parts: I,II,III and IV...stay close, and thanks for playing! :D
hmmm...the walls textures don't fit very good with a bathroom designe, looks like a condemned bathroom, or this is what you want? :)

Man, Im so old school :D, I like to work with simple and old games to do something new mods like "The Volcano".
Would be nice If you change the engine too, new features, maybe big limits if you move on Xash :D

No, you don't need Xash to play alpha version, engine was changed recently.
You last 3 shoots its too dark, but looks interesting, try to pur more lights, I know its a industrial destroyed area but for player will be hard to decide where to go

This is Burner, one of "The Volcano" Half-Life MOD developers. We are looking for a new engine for our mod (which is non-profit).So far we have built our mod on the "AM:Rebirth" engine (created by SySop), but although it had some nice features,we had a hard time because of its numerous bugs.
Looking for an alternative,we found Xash3D and we are very excited about its features and we appreciate your work and dedication to it. Also we haven't noticed any bug except for the missing fog underwater (which is minor). To be straight, my crew is formed of mappers,sound artists,2D artists but no coders. We tried recompiling the "Xash3D Engine v0.95, build 2402 (with extras)" version with Visual Studio 2005,2006,2008 without editing anything inside,but we got a lot of errors and even when it compiled,the in-game scenario was different (lots of bugs like invisible weapons etc). Could you please tell us what program are you using for compiling it? Also,if this isn't too much and if you sometime have the patience could you guide us how to do it properly?
