Hi, first of all, I want to thank you for the great mod! It is really a fantastic mod for the game.

Although I would have a couple of questions (as someone who plays mainly skirmishes):

- The game crashes for me if I want to exit or restart a skirmish game.

- In the My Heroes creator I liked in the RotWK version that you could create a Rohan themed Male human which was seemingly taken away in the mod. (I know the hero type called 'Captain of Gondor' but still, it would be great to have those options back.

- On the previous point, is there a reason why Rohan, The Woodland Realm and Dol Guldur doesn't have the option to choose Heroes? It would be great to have at least your own hero as an option to choose.

- Will Angmar ever make a comeback as a playable faction? I know the RotWK wasn't 100% lore accurate but in a skirmish game I would love to play Angmar as it had a really good feel to them in the expansion. And even more so, I would love to see how you balance and polish that faction.

- Is there a reason for a lot of factions not having buildable walls? I get that for example the Woodland Realm doesn't have because they were living in Mirkwood (although they did build underground structures resembling walls) or Misty Mountains for living underground but I've seen Mordor lost the option to build walls as well.

- I've previously read somewhere that you removed Azog because lorewise he's long dead. But I think it would be great to see him in a skirmish game which in my opinion is better with as much options as it can have. In campaigns and War of the Ring I fully understand the reason behind removing him.

I wanted to try the mod after Age of the Ring but since it's not working with patch 2.02 and 2.01 requires extra steps to solve the CD issue I'm sadly sticking to AotR, although I really wanted to give this mod a go.

Second thing is I cannot play with Sioux and Iroquois and Indian for some reason. The Home city won't load at all.

At the Habsburgs the one Age up where it allows your villagers to build Sawmills (and probably the one with the Banks as well) is unusable, I don't know if on any maps but on Asian maps definitely because the Build slots are full so I don't even see the Sawmill to be able to build it. And also at the Habsburgs the one Age up which allows you to have double gatherers for Mills and Plantations is also useless since gatherers above 10 won't be able to use the building, they will become idle.

I can't start the mod, I installed everything correctly, updated it and I needed to download 2 missing dlls, I did that and the granny2.dll is still missing some parts which I absolutely don't know how to fix.

Man, neither I question your work nor I want to say anything bad about your mod, in fact I have never played this game this much amount of time before than with your mod. I'm just curious about how could it be improved without causing any damage to the gamestyle, feeling, etc. since I can't mod at all.

Far be it from me to give you plus work or any trouble I just thought there might be some good ideas lurking around in others work and with "replace" I didn't mean your addition to the game but the stuff you could add from other mods and resources. :)

And again a sidenote: I know it was mentioned before that adding is a huge amount of work and way more difficult than replacing but wouldn't it be possible to use already created mods giving credit to the authors and tweak them to fit this mod?

I mean there is a Sanctuary mod here on ModDb which looks quite good and I found this website with NCF which could be used to add more creatures and also set them to this mod.

It has a lot of good creatures, even from HoMM III. which could make nice additions. I don't mean all of them but there are nice ones with kinda new or mixed models.

Or is it possible to duplicate given factions and then replace their things so it wouldn't be pure adding new stuff to the game?

This is what I've been trying to say below.

I've been playing this mod for 2 weeks now and I always get back to one point: - The creature balance isn't that good and I may get why.

Because the changes in this mod enhances the stacks of the creatures regardless of what Tier they are. So it basically makes Tier 5-6-7 creatures completely useless and lower Tiers overpowered in their own way and for the AI it makes them super overpowered throughout the whole game ( and I speak of it by experience because I played a couple games with different setups and the results were always the same, I kept lose lose more and the AI kept getting stronger so I always ended up dying even with Necropolis ).
For example: The enemy AIs had 5 or 6 heroes and out of them 3 had twice the army as I had with my main hero and I had 3 governers with only 1 creature. With numbers: I had 60 Spectral Dragons at max and I kept losing them with every neutral creatures I attacked and they cost hell of a lot and the enemy had around 100 Tier 7 creatures with their main hero not to mention Tier 4-5-6.

As you can see it in the video as well, you lost 1 Devil even when you had the same amount of Tier 3 and 2 creatures, which may not seem much but as their weekly growth is small and their cost is high it is which puts me back to the problem.

The Solution: The creature stacks should be reversed back of the TotE way so that INDIVIDUAL creature stats would matter even if they are in stacks so the price and Tier level would be well balanced all the way, except you could keep the magic-user creature stacks' spell scaling system only at a slightly reduced level ( for example right now if the enemy has like 100 Pit Fiends or Battle Mages etc. and they use Fireball it nearly nukes 3 of my creaure stacks completely so it could be nerfed a bit ).

And one more thing: The town governance/gate and conversion is amazing since it thickens the way the game can be played but rigth now town conversion is almost essential and it makes it a bit onesided

The solution for this could be: You could choose a governor for the conquered different faction towns as well only you need a hero of THAT faction type as a governor so you won't be at a disadvantage if you don't convert towns.

One more thing, I noticed that the Tier strength differences are not that huge compared to the base game where a couple of Upgraded Tier 7 creatures can kill a hell lot of Tier 1-2 and so on. Here it is modified that you need more Tier 7 to be able to do bigger damage and still they are quite vulnerable. Is there a chance to make them a little bit stronger (closer to the base game) so they are worth their price (weekly growth is around 10 with more towns and require hell lot of money and can be easily killed by a 100 Tier 1 which you can get at one week) which is quite huge for them. I liked that in the base game even 1 or 2 Archangels could make a so big difference between armies but in the mod even at easy gamemode with medium creatures, Tier 5-6-7 creatures are quite lost their potential due to their expensive prices and lower weekly growth and vulnerability.

Sorry, I correct myself: After two days of gameplay on the previously mentioned map which I get is pretty hard I got to a conclusion:The scaling system even outside of dungeons and treasure vaults is pretty crazy which basically negates the whole Diplomacy skill and FOR ME makes the game less enjoyable. For example after 33 clear levels I could barely keep 20 Emerald Dragons and nearly nothing Sprites and War Dancers because the creature packs on the map simply grow so fast and scaled so much during a relatively short time that they were always stronger than me which left me the same way no matter how I tried to capture (With numbers: I had 3 towns, fully upgraded and a creature boost building which basically gave me 13 Emerald Dragons/week and at the point where I could maintain 30 Emerald Dragons with the rest of my army (always saving Arcane Archers and High Druids) a basic creature pack had around 100-250 Tier 7 or 500-1000 Tier 6 creature which I feel a bit too much and after curiosity got me I cheated myself up to level 40 and gave myself some creature boost the enemy still grew twice as much (1000 and more Tier 4,5,6,7 creatures almost instantly up from 250 and 2000-3000 Tier 1,2,3 up from 500-1000 after one ingame week I cheated) and still were slightly stronger than me which always left me with more loss than gain.)

I don't mean to flame your work or mod, it still improves the base game a lot with all the artifacts and randomizing system but is there a way to lower the scaling and growing rate of creatures on the map or balance it someway?

It would be awesome to solve this issue!

Great mod, spins things up pretty much in this game!

Just a question: I play on a RGM Huge 5 player map with underground along with very strong monsters as the description said. I chose Diplomacy cause when I played it back then I remember Diplomacy giving me a lot of random creatures along the way but now only 2 packs of creatures joined me during a 10 hours game and it seems to me that it doesn't matter how strong I get, creatures are just as strong or simply rather fight me than join me.

So back to the question, did the Diplomacy skill got nerfed in this mod?

Just a question: Will there be new content to this mod like new factions (Draenei, Blood Elves, even split the Orcs and Trolls or Undead into Scourge and Forsaken, Naga, Burning Legion, Goblins, split the Humans into Lordaeron, Stormwind, Arathi, High Elves - I think it would be cool to have more content in my opinion!) or even more heroes for every faction ( or existing named heroes could replace the ones in Skirmish mode like: Thrall instead of Shaman etc.)
I think new contents would not just resurrect Warcraft 3 but would get close what people await for so long, Warcraft 4! :)

A question: If the map will be reduced by 33% overall, isn't it possible to add the Ghiscari Bay to the game? Or keep Mereen with the quest and add Old Valyria with some Greyscaled bandits and other dangerous things as well maybe exploration and rare treasures for daring adventurers? ( I know it's not possible to make the dragons in the game )

I did everything as the readme said about installation (not that it would have been a hard one) and still I get an error at Multiplayer when I try to start a map just to try it out with an error: recursive error after: Hunk_AllocAlign failed on 108160 bytes (total 160 MB, low 0 MB, high 159 MB). My laptop can run Skyrim with 30+ mods at full graphics without any lag so the preferences shouldn't be a problem. And I got another error in the menu: iwd sum/name mismatch. Thank you for the help!

I occured a problem. I installed the Complete Collection, cracked then installed NE 2.1.7b and it started all fine but I can't play any Campaigns and in Skirmish I can see the new nations only (Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Swiss, French,Prussians, Italians, Austrians, United States, Swedish and Poles) and I cannot see the basic nations. What can be the problem?

I understand it, but still you can get to a point where you can capture all of the lords and take all of their castles so a faction still can cease to exist like it happened with the Iron Islands in my game. It would just give an option and it would be up to you how you choose and for example of course you would lose honour for executing somebody so you could make new enemies with that, and I would be more happy with the lord recruit option rather than the executing option. Its all just suggestions. If it is impossible to make it with the current modding ways then I didnt say anything.

I dont know if it was mentioned before me but I think it would be cool if we would have more prisoner management options I mean if we win a battle and capture the lord you could choose between take him prisoner, let him go or execute him (if we are able to create our own sovereignty then we can alter the things happening around us) or after days or weeks of prison the lord could swear fealty to us and we could use them as companion or we could give them a fief (just as it happened to Walder Frey and Roose Bolton after they betrayed Robb, they got Riverrun and parts of the North)
And it would be cool if we could modify the equipment of the unit packs I mean if we can watch their equipment we could change it too.
I didnt happened to find House Targaryen yet, sorry if it isnt out yet.
And I encountered a but at the Wildling/Night Watch quest where I need to go to the Abandoned Holdfast, I go there and I cant find anybody there and back in the forest area I have a pink "?" mark on the land.

I followed the instructions and did everything as it needed and still I dont have a change in graphics. I have Empire at War Gold Pack but not original (thats why I could not patched it up to 1.1) installed in a different way than the basic and have 4 mods(Thrawn's Revenge / Clone Wars / Old Republic / Absolute Corruption) put each in a copied FoC folder and everything is working fine except the water details and shaders.
I edited the GraphicsDetails.xml the way this said but it's still the same.
Please somebody help with a solution whether it is an advice or an uploaded GraphicDetails.xml file which is correct.
