I am about to start a playthrough and wanted to ask a couple of questions.

To install the latest version, I only need to combine 1.12 with the 1.16 cumulative patch, right?

Is there any place where I can see some pictures that show the difference between the mod with Reshade and without? I am not sure which one to choose.

Do you know approximately when the update that will add the weight carry limit will be released? Also, will it require a new game? I started playing ABR not long ago and have been enjoying it a lot, but I would rather play with a weight limit, so I am not sure if I should continue the playthrough or wait for an update and start over. There is no easy way for players to enable a weight limit at the moment, right?

I will look into the other versions. By the way, I looked up the DEFINITIVE CAR PACK ADDON that you mentioned in another reply to someone. The vehicles look really nice. I think that LA with that and a weapon pack would add a cool twist to how S.T.A.L.K.E.R usually plays. I hope that it will be compatible with LAR or another English version of LA, at some point.

Hi, LiquidBronze! I am looking forward to another Lost Alpha playthrough. I enjoyed the others and they made for some nice memories, such as exploring the added maps, building a fleet of vehicles at the new bar and doing stunt jumps in a tuned Niva. I want to play it with a weapon pack, but I saw in the description that PRM is not supported. Visiting the page of the PRM merge that you linked, I saw that Stachelhaut recently said that he is not planning to do Lost Alpha: Revisited + PRM.

Does Lost Alpha have the vanilla Shadow of Chernobyl weapons, by default, or did this change at some point? I am not necessarily looking to play with the PRM weapons, but just something other than the vanilla SoC weapons, that eject shells on the left side. Do you recommend playing a different version of Lost Alpha, in order to use some other weapons?

Hi, Stachelhaut! Is this merge compatible with Lost Alpha: Revisited, that was released recently? LB said that this is needed in order to make the PRM weapon pack compatible with Lost Alpha: Revisited, but mentioned that this merge might need to be updated. If it is not, will you make it compatible?

Does anyone know how to change weapon sounds and animations? The KSVK sound is bugged and you cannot hear the bolt cycle after you shoot. I tried adding the KSVK sound from misery by putting the ksvk folder in gamedata/sound/weapons but nothing changed. Do I need to extract the a file and modify an XML and if so, which one?

Does anyone know how I can enable a weapon to accept attachments, and how to position them on the weapon such that it looks realistic? For example, making the PKM accept a kobra or the MG3 an ACOG/Eotech?

The model. I found it, it is called stalker_merc4a.ogf. I found it in old Anomaly files since they still used the HD model pack, but not in the build that you have here. Strange. The model is there, but I can't find the texture, so in game it shows the model right, but it is colored matte blue. Only the helmet is rendered properly

Hey, I installed it and it works fine, but when I try to turn on all graphics it won't let me. You know,Motion blur,Sun shadows and all that. I'm sure my computer can run those,but why can't I tick or untick the options?
