Machine translated reupload of New Arsenal 6, all credits to the New Arsenal team and the translator. It is a complete overhaul for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl featuring a new story, levels, gameplay, and is built on OGSR x64 engine. As the name implies, the focus is on guns: some of the most customizable guns in the series featuring multiple optics per gun, dual render/PiP scopes, laser sights, rail systems, etc. Some of the best gunplay in the series and it is the most optimized SoC mod.

When I type cd loader.bat into cmd prompt it says its not recognized as a internal or external command. A little help...
When u open cmd type cd + the loacation of loader. bat press enter then type loader.bat and press enter again
I got it to work by running the start.bat as admin, but it's not in english at all. I don't know why or how but it's not? Any help would be appreciated for real...

I can't switch to english, no matter what i do. There is no option in Game Options to change the localization to ENG. I tried to use those *.bat files to no success.
The game runs normal, but, in russian.
Running Loader.bat – after editing the file to identify the correct directory – doesn’t achieve anything. I don't know what Injector.exe or LoaderDLL.dll do.
Running xrEngine.exe as administrator will start the game but in Russian. There is no ‘eng’ directory in ‘gamedata\config\text’, only one for 'rus', or any localisation option in Game Options – so no English translation I am afraid.
It would seem boregunner uploaded the wrong version of NewArsenal6.zip file as far as I can see.
Great shame as I would have loved to have played this mod – New Arsenal 5.1 is very good as well.

for anyone having problems getting it to work in english here is a fix I found on Reddit which worked for me
yeah, you open up the loader.bat file with notepad++, and then you'll see this:
injector.exe -exe "NEW_ARSENAL_6_XRENGINE.EXE_PATH" -dll ".\LoaderDLL.dll"
you need to set up file path to wherever your New Arsenal is installed, xrengine.exe and the loaderDLL.dll file, so it can inject the translated files into library
so your loader.bat needs to look something like this:
injector.exe -exe "x:\Games\New Arsenal 6 (With Translation)\bin_x64\xrEngine.exe" -dll "x:\Games\New Arsenal 6 (With Translation)\Translator\LoaderDLL.dll"
after that, you start the game with loader.bat and it should work
NOTE:
thats how it looks for me:
Injector.exe -exe "D:\New Arsenal 6\bin_x64\xrEngine.exe" -dbg -dll ".\LoaderDLL.dll"
"D:\New Arsenal 6\Translator\LoaderDLL.dll"
I'm getting something completely different.
My loader.bat says
Injector.exe -exe "C:\Users\Jason\Desktop\New Arsenal 6\bin_x64\xrEngine.exe" -dbg -dll ".\LoaderDLL.dll"
There is also NO Translator folder at all, and setting the proper paths does nothing.
Edit: Okay it seems the main file is lacking some of the github translation files for some reason, and has someone elses pack.bat. Downloading the github files and following the steps fixed everything.

Hi, i've seen a video of a guy stealthing one of the bandit camps, and my question is what does the mod change in terms of AI to make stealth viable and is it possible to only get the AI changes from the mod, because I don't want to start a new game and have story changed (it's my first playthrough) but I only want to fix stealth. Im stuck in some alternate part of the zone. It's a forest with a portal that sends me right back where i started from. There is a howl that makes me drunk on 151 and a message from some broad, but its in Russian so I don't know what she is trying to say. Probably complaining about somthing and wanting me to fix it. anyone else been here?

Anyone have any clue how to unpack the DB files? The unpackers I use don't recognize the extensions used by this mod, and changing the extensions leads to "unsupported file" errors. Is there a workaround for this?

When i first time launch the game the language is English but when i launch the game again it became russian.Dont know why...

Does anyone have any luck opening the spawn menu? I saw it in a video for this mod but no such option exists, and when I try to install a spawn menu mod it just crashes the game.
The text seems to be broken in the options menu. I'm gonna take it this mod is dead in the water, which is a shame.
