Immigration policy has to protect the welfare, health and/or the salvation of people like all policies. Illegals can have their rights restricted in anyway the federal government sees fit except when it comes to due process, 6th and 7th amendment. Why would I have to mention this? Well aside from the third world being filled with illiterates, infected by serious contagious diseases, and economic burdens I think we know why.
