Enoch Powell's address to the General Meeting of the 'West Midlands Area Conservative Political Centre' (commonly called "Rivers of Blood" speech) on 20 April 1968 was a speech criticizing Commonwealth immigration, and anti-discrimination legislation that had been proposed in the United Kingdom. Unforunately this gentlemen was a aristocratic statesmen, which is to say, he wanted to tell people the dangers of mass immigration but didn't have any evidence to back it up at the time. He wanted to care and plan ahead for his civilisation in the long-term but he couldn't because democratic nature means at best he would only be able to do a 3-4 year long stretch - he couldn't demonstrate his role of protecting against preventable evils for his people. It quite clearly demonstrates the difference between a modern government and a traditional one.
Pathological altruism, unattainable and false equality and over emphasis on liberty doesn't help to sustain anykind of nationalism, cultural or racial identity. The first attracts all kinds of immigrants that seek to take advantage of the country for their own gain, as such rather than upholding culture and tradition the US becomes a dumping ground for Islam and its spread of Sharia law, infection diseases, criminals/terrorists & mestizos/africans looking for a good welfare scheme. Equality is impossible to attain because many will not share the same morals/values as us - as such will promote anti-constitutional political views & create a large ethnic voting base for far-left parties (usually what illegals and third world immigrants vote for is social democrat). The right to the pursuit of happiness encourages very anti-nationalistic sentiments that values materialism and selfishness instead of what the tribe wants eg common good, salvation, welfare or the health of the people.
