The ideology behind anti-racism is faulty in that anti-racism needs to be practiced by all racial groups equally, Islam does not since it is anti-liberal and anti-semite, Black racial national groups (eg La Raza, BLM, ADL, Black Panthers) are not because they are for affirmative action, progressive stack & against 'white privilege', feminists have not been since getting the vote they have attempted to silence and vilify males & censor opposing views on the internet through social media. In practice Anti-racism amounts to Anti-white as a result of Collectivism and Cultural Marxism.
Anti-racism is null and void until ALL race groups start doing guilt tripping over their past actions, not just "white guilt". Instead the default position is going back to what other races already practice, racialism or in-group racial preference. This also includes preference towards the nations religion. Racialism is compatible with equality before the law.
Person is a rational individual actor (having a degree of free agency to make rational choices for themselves). We may be treated equally legally and we may be given equal opportunities but as human beings we are not equal. There are IQ differences & social/cultural differences which impacts the ability of people to integrate into a society, as such there can never be 'race' affirmative action without damaging competition, or open borders for illegal immigrants without economic and crime problems.
Economic problems arise due to the expanding welfare state & naturalized birth citizenship of low IQ and uneducated illegals, currently the costs are 113 billion annually in the US.
