Just starting I will fix eyes later :D
Use some tutorials from the net. You can't just start creating heads without a basic knowledge of modelling work flow. Otherwise you won't improve easily.
I can create a basic head with box modeling but I wanted to create it to look exact and good so I tried plane modeling :D
plane modeling is the best way to make a detailed exact head
