Up the detail, its too thick, and try to use a reference photo to help you model more accurately. Its a good start though, you have the basic shape(just keep sculpting it until it looks like you want it to!).
I use Wings3D to model, its a very simple program and can turn out some amazing models. Blender is also awesome and free like wings!

hhmmm did you export it from sketchup to blender? coz i notice that tends to triangulate the model adding shit loads of unnecessary polys , the only export i know of that exports models as quads is .obj...but i gotto say ...the model is looking good and i like what you did with the render but ye what the dude said above there which is the only thing i think needs work ...is the trigger guard, but then again i don't know much about glocks

Description

Alper had this idea first of merging the wireframe and solid together but it looks cool. This is my glock made in sketchup. It's not incredible but I've been getting better.
