Nice, it can use a better tire texture,though.
there is some issues with the unwrap. The model is for source engine, so you should might consider making it more high poly.
cool work anyway :)
I find myself repeating myself a lot here.
You need to sort out the smoothing groups, that will make it much better, but yes the textures also need work.
