Hm, interesting. Looks like a spider. Somehow reminds me to the Tolians from Star Trek too. Maybe a little chrome on the skeleton would be cool I think. Anyway, I like it :)

Thanks, I'll look if I change it to a chrome like material, with the new Cyclers Engine it's pretty easy! Thanks for the comment.

Indeed looks interesting, I like it! The DoF seems a bit to strong and harsh.. the sample count could be a bit higher so the image wouldn't be so noisy (though I understand that rendering in cycles can take ages, of course if you don't have a monstrous GPU..)
Some bloom or lens flares on the eyes would look cool too
And its "Cycles" not "Cyclers" :)

Hey,
I'll see if I can get a lens flare to work, I'll have to look how to do it.
Well, the PC I used just has an internal graphic card and a 1x2.5ghz cpu, and yes, rendering takes ages :P
And for the typo, thanks, fixxed :P

Description

This is a little experimental render I've created with Blender and the new render engine "Cycles". It shows an Alien like figure with glowing eyes.
Hope you like it, constructive comments are welcome! :)
