The UT2004 menu music is good. I totally agree 100%.
And sometimes it's nice to change things up for a while to look at your game in a new way. Click read more for important information! If you like this and want to see more, feel free to leave a comment.
NOTE: Make sure you back up the original KR-UT2004-Menu.ogg file so you can use it again if you decide you don't want the alternate menu music! ALSO NOTE: I've included a backup file of the original menu music in case you forget to back it up yourself (it happens).
I've included mp3 previews of the three alternative menu music tracks (in the Help/Preview folder) for you to check out before deciding whether you want the alternate menu music.

So there are three options. When you decide on one of the options that you want you just copy and paste the matching KR-UT2004-Menu.ogg file into the Music folder of your UT2004 directory. It will ask you to replace the existing one. This is where you back up the existing .ogg file and then replace the one in the Music folder of UT2004 with the one you want that I included.
•OPTION 1 - THE SHOWDOWN EFFECT - BIG SHOWDOWN IN NEO TOKYO
Great showdown-style music from the game, which was released in 2013.

• OPTION 2 - F1 WORLD GRAND PRIX THEME MIX (N64)
A mix of cross-faded tracks put together by youtube user MuseumOfVGM: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_J5TB_hKkQ). A lot of nostalgia for me but it works well for UT 2004 menu music I think.
• OPTION 3 - F1 WORLD GRAND PRIX (SEGA DREAMCAST)
I crossfaded some of the music from the F1 World Grand Prix OST for the Sega Dreamcast. I tried to stay true to the "tournament feel" that the UT series has captured so well. It has some electric guitar moments, drum and bass moments, chill drum and bass moments and it really flows like a charm. It runs for nearly 13 minutes. I know thats a long time to spend in a menu but you might spend that long there with tweaking settings etc.
Its not very difficult, but let me know if you encounter a problem:
