You don't need this BS to fix the master server. There's instructions on how to update both your game client and any servers you might be running here: Ut2004serverlist.com
Alternatively, if you want a quick and easy way to do it, join games.dayentech.net:7777 and click on auto configure (pretty sure that's what it's called) when the screen presents itself.

Understandably you can update the client manually, this patch just does it for you by connecting you to OpenSpy (Not DayenTech), as well as fixing the Ram Crash. The Game out of the box will crash at 1Gb of ram usage.
