Powerful!
Will fit the Dwarves like a glove.
Nice spell! But maybe it could have a bit more realistic effect: Stun enemy ground units, and do huge damage only to enemy buildings and the same amount of damage to enemy units near the buildings (because debris slowly fall on them). Also maybe it could be a lasting spell: last some time around the hero, keep stunning enemies, continually damaging using previously suggested method. What would you say?
