We've remained loyal to the style and feel of the 1996 classic, while integrating content from its expansions Counterstrike and The Aftermath with a bit of updated history to add to the mix. Built off the W3d engine Westwood Studios built for classics such as Earth & Beyond and Command & Conquer: Renegade finished up in 2001, we help bring the fight to you as you play out your role as any one of a number of infantry classes participating in team-based combat that often involves land, sea, and air combined-arms clashes that just don't happen in any other game. (OS X) For Mac gamers, this is the RA:APB 2.1.2 full game client Wineskin. Thanks for Darklord42 once again for preparing this special wrapper for our latest release.

Wish you could play on your Mac? Thanks again to forum member Darklord42, you definitely can. This is a special full version of Red Alert: A Path Beyond 2.1.2 that has been packaged up as a "Wineskin" and is suitable for use on your Intel Mac OSX 10.5+ operating system. It contains the APB Launcher front-end and game client just like the normal full installer.

It is straightforward to use:1. Download and mount the .DMG disk image file provided
2. Copy the "Red Alert - A Path Beyond 2.1.2 Gamma.app" from the image to your Hard Drive, anywhere you like
3. Double-click the app to start the APB Launcher as on a Windows machine
Prior to playing, be sure to use the APB Launcher to configure your resolution, sound preferences, username, and other options. Then hop into a server from the browser. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask on our official forums.
