New version of IPSA containing pathfinding fixes so that people no longer get stuck on buildings.
A strategy-arcade hybrid created for Ludum Dare 23. Reach the required distance to escape while fending off aliens, asteroids, and the plague! This game is open source software!
I finally added pathfinding to my Ludum Dare game from April. Hopefully this will end a lot of problems with the game, the biggest being that people would commonly get stuck on buildings.
The pathfinding solution actually uses Game Maker's built-in paths, so I'm not sure how reliable they are just yet, but I'm giving them a shot in IPSA, and if they don't work out, I'll find a new solution for later projects.
If anyone notices any other oddities, leave a comment, and I'll fix it right up. :)

I'll start posting pics of the new wizards once they're in-game. It's going to be interesting.

@PlayGaia But you should definitely see said project that doesn't work through to the end. Helps with seeing everything through to the end.

@DisubenTT Hell yeah. If I hadn't just decided one day to pick up an engine and go for it, I wouldn't be coding.

@PlayGaia The best lessons I learned were the ones I learned from making games that didn't work. Made me a stronger designer for it.
