Unofficial patch for FUEL that includes various core game fixes and improvements from the mod FUEL: REFUELED. No gameplay is altered in any form, it is compatible with all languages and is fully compatible with all users online (even those not using this patch).
Fixes:
- Fixed a CTD relating to the use of 'Test Vehicles'.
- Fixed an inconsistency with text formating on the control options menu.
- Fixed 2 helipads that were previously unusable due to being allocated to the wrong zones.
- Helipad added to Offshore Shack
- Helipad added to Redrock Bluffs
Changes:
- Replaced the setup/launcher background graphic with the one used by the mod FUEL: REFUELED.
- Replaced Doppler truck model from TRAFFIC_TRUCK to FLOTTE_JEEP_1 or FLOTTE_BIGTRUCK_1.
- Debug Mode Force Time Array increased to 96 (15 min increments).
Additions:
- Added several optional mods to make activating console commands easier. These include:
- Disable Mouse Camera Movement
- Disable Movies
- Disable Music
- Disable Shader Compile
- Disable Traffic
- Enable Debug Mode
- Enable FPS
- Enable XYZ (PosPersoDebug)
- Added a few minor graphics mods to disable various effects. These include:
- Disable Bloom
- Disable Motion Blur
Instructions:
- Copy all files within the .zip archive into your FUEL directory.
- Click on JSGME.exe and you will be presented with the mod "[C] - Patch #2". Simply activate it to install. Please make sure the previous "Patch #1 (unofficial)" is not activated.
- There are several other mods included in the list that begin with "[O]", these are optional mods that you can additionally activate if you wish, but note that they will only work with "[C] - Patch #2" activated.
- Enjoy! - Let me know if you have any problems and I'll come up with a fix to them.
NOTE: FUEL: REFUELED users should not activate this patch at the same time as the mod. It is un-nessasary (all of the above is contained within the mod anyway) and will likely result in a game crash due to conflicting files. You can however have both the patch and the mod within the MODS folder without conflicting files (it may ask to overwrite some things but that is only because some of the optional mods listed above are also identically present within the FUEL: REFUELED package aswell).
Thank you for your tireless work! It's impressive how after such a long time, you still have an enthusiasm to finish these quality updates :) Cheers!
