New video footage was recently uploaded to youtube of our project Cyguard 7G. This is footage of one of the levels being designed for our online play, DM-Docks. It will allow for up to 32 players and will also have a vehicle mode. Located on one of the many waterfronts that make up Gold Coast's seasides, the docks are the landing point for the invading forces of BoA.

Comprised of warehouses, storage tanks, industrial cranes, and administrative buildings, the docks will be the scene of some intense fighting between Cyguard and the forces of BoA. This is a work in progress so more news and videos of its development will follow along and allow players to see the evolution of this level. You can find the video here on you tube Youtube.com

We are happy to announce that Darkstorm Entertainment will be using the Crytek Engine for development of Cyguard: Hammerhead Rising. The Crytek Engine has been used to make such great games as Far Cry, Crysis, Crysis 2, Ryse, and Warface. We are excited about using this great engine and will be releasing new information soon.

Been a while since I updated this and for that I apologize. We have hashed out the options in the Game Design Doc, began recruiting new members, and doubled our efforts to make this a reality for everyone to enjoy. Updates should come more regularly very very soon. Thanks for the support from everyone.

New screenshots of some of the items developed for Cyguard 7G are now up on our topic. Lots of model work being done at this point and the weapons have been coded for use in our game.

New images added to the page. One is the hardsuit used by Cyguard, rendered in Max by Lordseaf, the other is the light machine gun used by the Cyguard teams, also modeled by Lordseaf. I for one think he is doing a great job at getting the models done.
