Shame the map editor is still a bit rubbish, really. Radiant needs some upgrades!

Wow, the editor is extremely bad. It's pretty much the opposite than userfriendly
that is because it was created for cod devs that know how to use it just because they released them does not mean they created it for fans

Radiant is the best editor ever. I tried almost everything - Hammer, WadAuthor, Build (these are "a bit" older, i know), UnrealEd... Radiant rules, you just have to get used to the interface...
havent downloaded it yet.... but cod4 uses radiant ? like... the same one as quake n such ?
Yup. The editor in fact doesn't seem to have changed *since* Quake. I have real issues with the extremely short draw distances in the preview windows :(
Turn off "Cubic clipping" (or something like that, depends on the version you're using).
Anyone else having a problem where none of the real textures show up in radiant?....

I have 11.2GB left on my HDD and half way through extraction is says there is not enough space left :/
If you're using Vista, try running it in Administrator (Right-click, run as administrator... shame on UAC)...
i need mod stuff for the xbox360 version of cod4 would this work or i still have to look
Why do people never learn Microsoft will never let anyone mod their system. even you could it would be impossible to play it multiplayer

Thankfuly we have this link to get stock stuff in case we broke them :P
Whenever i run compile bsp the process runs fine but in the end the d3dbsp file in not written and i can't make a fast file as it can not find the d3dbps file.....any one help ?? :|
2 options, you eather have a corupted brush in your map or your missing this file xD

So what happens when I have no video card and etc.? Cuz it says so
