I'd love to see Paradox games on the Linux client. The only thing in the world that I keep my Windows partition for is EU3 (CK works fine with Wine), and if it came to Linux I'd be a happy, happy man.
(Yes, I know it's unlikely, not on the top of their priorities list, etc...)
