Even though the Gamespy servers are down you can still play Worms 3D online using Radmin. Radmin is a free VPN gaming program that allows players to play games online using the LAN mode.

- Its pretty easy to get it working with Worms.

- 1). Download (Radmin VPN) and install it
- Radmin-vpn.com

- 2). Start (Radmin VPN)
- 3). Select Network => Join an existing network
- 4). Select Gaming Network and Search box write: Worms 3D
- 5). Join Worms 3D Server
- 6). Now that you are in the network just start your game.
- 7). Now you can start W3DLauncher.exe
- 8). The same settings must be activated for W3DLauncher.exe - (Mods) -
- 9). Run the Game...
- 10). From the main menu choose Wormnet >> LAN play
- 11). Either host your own game or join one from the list (same as normal multiplayer)

Hi,

I have a problem with Worms 3D with this mod. While moving the camera during the game some of the textures start to flitch on the edge of the screen, some even disappear completely.

I also want to know if there is any way for me to remove some of the new maps added in this mod (some of them don't really fit my style) and to keep only the ones of my interest?

1. Sound like a graphics driver problem so if they have been updated to the latest version...

2. yes - you can edit .xom files using Xom_View program and
go to the mappack folder
worms3d\data\mappack\scripts_<name>.xom

I followed the right instructions and successfully downloaded it. I have the original game files too. but when i open the game it gets to the loading screen and freezes. does it have something to do with my screen size?

so, when you start the game it should show two videos like Team17logo and SegaLogo...

the problem is....
- maybe you're missing some video codecs that you need to get that game working right...

the second condition... are you using the Launcher.exe or W3DLauncher.exe for run it?

add code to advanced box: /NOMOVIES
if it fix your problem....

Is there some way to unlock the campaign-only maps without downloading anything?

Hi folks,
i'm trying to get my old copy of worms 3d running on my new laptop (Windows 10) but it doesn't seem to work properly - mostly the mouse doesn't respond properly and menu options flit rapidly between each other as though the mouse is trying to highlight all of them at once. I'm a complete idiot with modding, etc, just a user who loves this game.
Can anyone tell me if it is in fact possible to run Worms 3d properly on Win10, and can anyone kindly help me find out how to get it to do so?

thanks very much for any help,
sam

hello,
I think you should first update the mouse drivers if they are even available or modify the mouse settings from Windows, for example via the control panel > device > mouse

and what kind of graphics card do you have Nvidia, Intel or AMD?... you can try putting on v-sync if it fixes that mouse problem in the control panel settings....
