Is this meant to be extra idTech3 shaders, a ioRTCW configuration, or ReShade?
In reality its just ReShade Screen Filters.

I just figured out how to have more fps for RealRtCW.
do /cl_renderer
And check if its rend2.
If its rend2 do the following commands
/cl_renderer opengl1
/vid_restart
This will change from rend2 to opengl1 renderer.
After the vid_restart close and open the game.
So the shaders will properly work!
I just tested if this works for RealRtCW, and it works!
The main downside is that its very very laggy on RealRtCW.
You might want to disable some effects.

I was skeptical at first.
I see my comment has been removed :) . What was the purpose of that, matey :) ?
You commented on an archived Vivanti Shaders version,
Basically you commented on a file which got removed later by me.
The purpose of removing the file is that the old versions did not have a license.
So keeping this mod with no proper license would make it illegal.
No worries though, I have put effort to make a proper license in the versions now available.
So these will never get archived.
