Hotfix 1.2.
PatchSeveral minor bugs have been fixed. Just put the files inside into your Ultimate folder.
Welcome to the Victoria 2 Ultimate: WW1 Submod. This mod adds simply the scenario of WW1 in the Game. You can chose to play as central Power, as Entente Power, or stay neutral and eventually join the war when it's looking good for you. It's your choice ! To make the war we used a lot of scripts, a lot like in the WW2 scenario. May you don't like this style, but you'll find out I guess ;). Remember that we made this mod for fun, we haven't either got a lot of experience in modding, but still we want to share this project with you. So I hope you'll like it, feel free to post bugs, balance- problems, or any kind of issue in the comments.
Installation:
1. Make sure you have the regular Ultimate mod pre-installed. If you don't have, here's the link: Moddb.com
2. Also make sure that you started the regular Ultimate mod atleast once before you install our submod. The ultimate mod has to create the files in documents.
3.Pull our Submod-file, named Ultimate in your mod folder and replace old files.
4. Enjoy !
Installation Hotfix:
-Unzip the file in your Ultimate file

What version of Victoria Ultimate do I need to play this?
I was wondering: Why didn't you just replace the history files and a few localization files, instead of getting the entire mod and editing it?
Well to be honest, when I started modding it I didnßt know much about how to do it, so when I finished up I had no idea which files I had changed.
my computer says it has a virus
and the game crashes at map properly intiallised and i removed the map folder and still nothing.
That happens if you don't have V2 Ultimate pre installed.

There's a small problem China was already Nationalist china by 1914
Well the situation wasn't that clear at that moment. There was a lot of internal infighting back then, and so in some way the empire returned in 1915m but vanished later again. In that way it was easier to keep it that way.
