I once saw someone who started playing Carlist War in 2019, using a custom mode to play battles between the British army and the French July Dynasty army. I clearly saw that the Shaco hats worn by the British army were wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, the same style as the British army during the Opium War，I really don't know where he got the module
Maybe an old version or the Scramble mod. The most where using beltop shakos. Only until the 1840's they start wearing that.
How do I get higher tier units? I am playing the Americans and have taken korea, I lost my capital and can only recruit colonial line, marines, and 6lbs guns. I look at the tech tree and it doesn't have and that looks like it unlocks units just buffs.
