I did a bit more work on the trench model. The wood planks are now more separate from the dirt and some vertical posts and ladders have been added.
Is that how the deployable trenches will look in battles too? I love the ladder especially. Also just curious if fort maps can be changed at all. Even if so, it would be far more work than likely worthwhile, but I'd love to see more Fort Vaux/Przemysl style forts would look awesome, even if they worked the same
Or even buildings (like armories, etc) that troops can enter, but made to look like a concrete fort wall
If it's possible it would take more work than would be worth it. The battle AI would do very poorly on a ww1 style fort map, there would be extreme path finding issues.
