Description
Here is a look at a new scripted event for France. Since France has no revolutions or any other scripted events this is intended to increase the difficulty for a short period of time.
Love it! Such a unique mechanic to add more than just a simple event. Will there be any other similar events for other factions?

In the TGW6 beta version, the French campaign is far too easy (mostly due to having basically infinite funds) - this goes a long way in adding more flavour and difficulty to the faction :)

Have you thought of scripting similar events if battles go poorly? Such as losing above a percentage of battles over a year causes you to get penalties like this.
Interesting idea but I dont know how to code that.

Except they didn't surrender in WW1. The Germans did though.
