Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.
DTA 1.11 includes an entirely new theater and this is some of its terrain. You can view the news post at Dta.cncxs.com to see some more of this new theater.

Well, all I see is "New Theater" but from all the images on DTA website, it looks sort of like a Beach Theater? xD
So you're asking what kind of theater this exactly is? I actually intentionally didn't name it, because depending on exactly what terrain, terrain objects and lighting you use, you can make it look like several things; making it look like a beach is indeed one option, but (if done properly) you could for example also make it look like an alternative desert theater or even an alternative temperate theater.
So it's up to you to decide what theater you want this to be when you make a map and then place the terrain accordingly to make it represent whatever you decided on.
Looks like forest pallet is turned into a beach/sand type pallet.
It's not that simple, but I did indeed edit the temperate shores to create the ones in this image.
