Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 200 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.

Looks great!
I hope the old graphics will stay for classic though.
And that shockie will get similar graphic treatment, it's also uncrushable heavy infantry.
Edit: Hold on, it'll act more as short-ranged splash-damage shockie now?
...neat!
That seems to be a decent compensation for lack of heavy assault armor

Makes sense, because as a more expensive and tanky Flame Trooper, tehy were useless, as not only the spammability of Infantry makes expensive ones irrelevant, but Nod also had the Flame Tank for a similar purpose, which just turned out to be universally better.

Chems dealt more damage, they acted better as APC fillers
But that's very underwhelming anyway IMO
Good thing they became multirole assault infantry

Description

The Nod Chem Warrior has been a rather strange unit starting from Tiberian Dawn. It has been a late-game flamethrower infantry alternative that has had slightly different stats (partially better, partially worse). Practically it hasn't added much to the game. Everything that they could do well has also been done well by regular flamethrower infantry.

With the next version, this will no longer be the case. The Chem Warrior is now slower but has more HP. It has also been made uncrushable, with new graphics that give it a heavier look. Damage-wise it will do less damage to buildings, but more to vehicles, which makes it effective as a front-line fighter against heavier tanks. When loaded into Stealth APCs, it is now ideal for flanking enemy armor, while being less effective as a base-cheeser.

Graphics modified for DTA by Bittah Commander.
