"I see a society that is in deep denial about itself.
We're talking about a warrior culture that prides itself on maintaining centuries old traditions of honour and integrity, but in reality it's willing to accept corruption at the highest levels." - Ezri Dax

Feels like a Gowron thing to do, should've put Martok on one of these.

I really like that description. It helps to give a little more...sense to the existence of the Jach'Eng.

Ahhh, the Klingons and their stupid death cult. Jokes of them: their afterlife doesn't exist.

Oooh baby, do you know what glory's worth?
Oooh, Sto'Vo'Kor's a place on Earth!
They say in Sto'Vo'Kor honour comes first,
We'll make Sto'Vo'Kor a place on Earth!
Oooh, Sto'Vo'Kor's a place on Earth!

I hate you very much for reminding me of that song, now a very small part of it will play in my head over and over again for the rest of the day.

Description

The Jach'Eng is a unique vessel, in the Klingon Empire and beyond. With a clarity of purpose surpassing every ship in the Klingon fleet, including the mighty Sword of Kahless dreadnought, the Jach'Eng has only one goal - glory.

The Jach'Eng is crewed only with volunteers known for their bravery and dedication. Crewing a Jach'Eng is actually seen as an immense honour, and as such those requesting to serve on a Jach'Eng are chosen carefully. Often these are older warriors with many battles and victories behind them, who do not want their life's worth marred by becoming old and useless. Given the purpose of the Jach'Eng, warriors of this kind are ideal. As the Jach'Eng leaves spacedock, it's entire crew are immediately listed as killed in action, and when the Jach'Eng fulfils its duty, their names are inscribed on a monument in the Hall of Warriors on Ty'Gokor.

With little conventional armament but powerful shields and engines, the Jach'Eng charges forward in battle, straight into the heart of enemy formations. Once there and surrounded by enemies on all sides, the crew of the Jach'Eng detonates the ship's explosive core, unleashing an enormously powerful explosion and a devastating shockwave that obliterates everything in its path. Entire fleets can be smashed to burning pieces by the Jach'Eng's single blast, ensuring victory for the Klingon Empire and a heroic entrance into Sto'Vo'Kor for the crew.
