La traduccion en el español solo es visible cuando el juego esta en idioma en ingles, sin embargo en el idioma español sigue sin traduccion los mods
puedes arreglar eso entrando en los archivos, literal solo entras a gamedata\configs\text y cambias el "eng" a "spa" y ya deveria de arreglarse
