no I did not touch the icons, because so many different icon packs exist out there. If you want, you can send me the icons dds file you use and I'll make a version of it for you, no problem!

You should learn to give actual criticism man, this is just childish. On top of that this look doesn't exist in any pack so I see no reason that this mod would be consider "littering". It is a much requested look by many so it would seem that the mod author is in touch with the wants of the community.
exactly, also the rating system is for the quality of the actual mod itself, wether there are billions or none out there of the same mod has no meaning in the actual quality.

Do you want criticism? OK - if you go right now to the first page of the anomaly addons, you can see 8 of the same type of addons with new hd textures, everything just started riveting them like a herd, it looks like a trend, and such trends lead to a deterioration in the quality of addons, which has been observed for a long time. And the most interesting thing, you say that they are in demand?))) But they have from 20 to 180 downloads!! This is very little = they are not in demand at all.

You say everything was done taking into account the limitations of the engine - this is absolutely not the case, take a look at the same a.r.e.a, there are a huge number of interesting gameplay features, which only costs the player's body from the first person, and the ability to adequately play third-person mode with normal animations! To say that everything has already been done and the engine does not allow more is nonsense.
Go to settings, controls, keybinds, scroll down, you can see 3rd person in the General section and there you go, don't need a mod for that.

In another mod (Morth's Merc re-texture) it was mentioned that having a black/multicam/specForces texture would be great. So here we go.
If it's a pass for you, no problem, but some other players might enjoy it.

Though, this particular mod I haven't been able to get it to over-ride the default expedition files.

What is the outfit that has the GP-10z ranger gas mask?
I'm not sure. But if you want to find out: go to the dev env (F2 in the menu) then call the debug menu (F7), then press 1 for the item spawner. Then give yourself all the merc outfits. Put one on an switch to 3rd person (you might need to set a key for it in the settings controls menu)

Overwrite. Like all "variation" type mods, they ove write the "base" mod.

PS: Now the mercs will look like some Black Ops PMC's, I love it
I haven't tried.... but I think it should. worst case you'll have a few unused textures in a folder, which will not hurt you

Quick question. Is the HD Models a hard dependency, or can i go face-first through the crashes & manually place in the required textures? I only ask because i use ****'s with an HD stand-alone model for Hip(Still had to grab holster textures so i got the HD models off-hand, damned engine error bloating) and it works fine.
